Singapore’s tourism officials usually market our island-state as a “clean and green” place. However, 3 Singapore hotels have been given the dubious honour of being in the Top 10 list of dirtiest hotels in Asia Pacific by TripAdvisor.

I’m not really surprised, because Singapore is not as “clean and green” as it claims to be. Green, maybe, as a result of NParks planting all the non-native species of trees all over the place. But I’ve seen cities in China which are cleaner and more or less as green as what STB claims Singapore to be.
