A recent study by UBS found Singapore to be the world’s 10th most expensive city, ahead of other world-class cities such as New York City (14th), Vienna (11th), Paris (12th), Luxembourg (13th), London (15th), Munich (16th), etc.
I wonder how Singapore scores in terms of earning power of its citizens. I don’t think we earn as much as people in NYC or the European cities featured above… but seems that we are relatively more expensive than them.
