Thanks for your kind comments… we are supposed to hop on an AirAsia flight this afternoon for a weekend in Bali but looking at things in Jakarta now we decided to forgo the trip. As with budget airlines, no cancellations and no refunds are provided so thats the only drawback… enjoy your trips!

Air asia is very punctual. For my last flight, which was scheduled for 90 minutes flying time, we arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule…

Not sure if you would answer this comment but hope you will. Would like your opinion on Air Asia if you don’t mind. I have never travel on Air Asia & was wondering if Air Asia is reliable in terms of punctuality? I heard quite a bit of things re the budget airlines. I’m more concerned that the planes will fly as scheduled and on time. I’m in the process of booking some trips & Air Asia’s having some really good specials so was wondering if it’s worthwhile to fly with them? Their cheap fares certainly is a huge factor.
